Hey all, I released my silverlight 3 media player on codeplex.  Feel free to check it out and download and use at will.  I will be keeping more updates on documenation on the codeplex site itself instead of here.  No need for content on two places right :)

Update 09-29-2009

I added the admin module to the project now so IT people don't have to worry about editing the XML file. a normal user can manage all videos now.
